All shipments are handled through the carrier of USPS. Shipments can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks for all U.S. residents. For international orders, it may take up to 3 months due to customs.

Holidays and weekdays are not included during the processing and shipping times.
Priority Shipping means that your order will be shipped out from 1-5 days. It does not mean it will arrive 1-5 days.
HOLIDAYS:
USPS are closed during postal holidays. Orders placed prior or on the day of will be shipped 1-7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Shopjessicafang is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Your order may also incur additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from shopjessicafang, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to shopjessicafang.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy: Under no circumstances is shopjessicafang allowed to accept any returns or refunds. We only accept one time exchanges. We visually check against damages or defects prior to the shipping, However, if you find a problem with our merchandise please refer to the following guidelines. All exchanges should be accompanied with an order confirmation number/invoice. Please email the order number, items you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Reasons must be legitimate; EX) color defect, broken, or wrong item. Unauthorized exchange will not be processed. For proper handling of the exchange, clearly mark the order confirmation number on the package, and please include the copy of the email from shopjessicafang@outlook.com. Unless an order confirmation number is requested within 3 business days after the receipt of the merchandise, and the return items are postmarked within 3 business days from the receipt of the order confirmation number, exchange will not be processed and no credit will be issued under any circumstances. We will issue a credit (store credit only) for defective or damaged merchandise. The original shipping charge and return shipping cost are not covered under this policy. The customer is responsible for exchange shipping cost of any exchange item. All sales are final on promotional, sales (including closeouts), and special ordered items. All exchange must be in original condition including damaged or defective items. The credit will not be issued to the exchange items without the complete original packaging materials as they have to be discarded.
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time shopjessicafang.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.

Tracking Your Order
When your order is ready to ship you will receive a confirmation/tracking e-mail from stamps.com. You can then view and track your order from there on.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFO?
Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
"TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING":
Please allow a few business days for your tracking number to pend through USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping system. Again, allow 24-48 hours for your tracking info to update.
Placing an Order

After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "Place Your Order" to finish.

IF you fail to check your current residential address and enter the wrong address when purchasing, you have 1 hour to e-mail Shopjessicafang directly to make this change. Otherwise, you will have to pay for shipping again.
